With over 14 years in a variety of industries, I have significant hands-on procurement and accounts payable experience derived from implementing procurement from scratch, to managing centre-led procurement functions across decentralised, geographically dispersed organisations, and using procurement to drive continuous improvement. In addition, I have managed the roll-out of multiple procure-to-pay platforms and have extensive experience with implementing procurement strategies designed to drive efficiencies, improve the user experience, and increase utilisation of eProcurement platforms.
