Nicki Doyle – Partner Health, Ageing & Human Services, KPMG
Nicki is a Partner in the Health, Ageing & Human Services Sector and co-leads Ageing across KPMG Australia. An experienced consultant, with extensive experience working with clients within the ageing and community sectors, including Commonwealth and State government jurisdictions, health services, for-profit and not-for-profit organisations.
Nicki is a qualified physiotherapist, with extensive clinical, management and project experience, and has worked in the health, community and hospital sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her key areas of interest are aged care, community care, sub-acute care and rehabilitation, out of hospital models of care, and primary care with a particular focus on chronic disease and palliative care. She has a strong strategic and operational focus, and incorporates a clinical focus into her engagements.
Nicki has published and presented widely on issues related to service delivery in community health, ambulatory care and sub-acute care. She was awarded a Churchill fellowship to investigate alternative models of allied health out of hospital care, and has also received a Public Sector WA award and Healthy WA award for her projects

With over 25 years international experience in financial services, technology and consulting sectors, Tim has held numerous business and shared services leadership roles in retail operations, product management, IT and procurement.
Tim has worked for global organisations such as HSBC and Accenture as well as large ASX companies CBA, NAB and Suncorp. He has strong digital transformation and program management experience, which complements his passion for developing and executing commercial strategy.
Tim joined Healthdirect Australia in April 2021 heading up the sourcing and supplier management functions. He is currently playing a key role in the transformation of the Healthdirect business, building a highly responsive commercial capability to support the increasing demand for virtual and digital health services.
Tim graduated from Manchester University in the UK with an honours degree in Management Sciences. He is a Member of the British Computer Society and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Brooke Lord, Head of Advocacy and Policy, for the RCSA
Brooke is the Head of Advocacy at RCSA, the peak industry body for the recruitment and staffing sector in Australia and New Zealand. RCSA represents over 2000 corporate and individual members which include a large number of specialist aged care recruitment and staffing agencies. An experienced Public Affairs leader, Brooke has worked in Corporate and Public Affairs across a range of organisations and industries, including Aged Care provision and Aged Care staffing . In 2020, Brooke worked with RCSA members and the Commonwealth Government to establish a surge workforce program that leveraged RCSA’s member network to assist in meeting surge workforce demand across Australia’s aged care sector during the pandemic. RCSA’s surge workforce program has filled more than 52,000 shifts in aged care facilities across Australia, providing critical care – and saving lives – for residents at short notice and at a vital juncture. Brooke is a strong advocate for the vital role that non-traditional and flexible labour plays within the aged care sector in addressing unexpected and short-term staffing needs, in meeting surge requirements and in providing specialist skills or services.

Pratiksha is a versatile Supply Chain and Procurement specialist with experience in the Healthcare and Manufacturing sector globally and in Australia with added expertise in sales and consulting centric roles. Pratiksha enjoys working in collaborative environments and has supported SA Health with the COVID-19 response, first supporting with additional demand of essential PPE and more recently managing the operational logistics and demand planning of COVID-19 vaccine for SA Health.
Working closely with suppliers and utilising the relationships and existing contracts as well as collaborating with a range of stakeholders within our organisation has been one of the keys to our success in managing the COVID-19 pandemic from a procurement and supply chain perspective.
Pratiksha joined SA health in 2018 as Head of Supplier Relationship Management and developed an SRM framework and further build on our supplier relationships.
